Product Manager Immunology Alliance (Respiratory) - Barcelona/Madrid

As a Senior Product Manager within our Respiratory Therapeutic Area, you'll own the strategy and drive the execution of the Dupixent business plan for your assigned indication, acting as a key strategic reference for the brand. You'll work closely with, and provide guidance to, a dynamic, cross-functional team, including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and Global Marketing, to maximize commercial impact and build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Main responsibilities

• Shape and own the multi-year brand strategy for the assigned indication(s), integrating lifecycle management considerations and long-term business planning, in accordance with the objectives and guidelines of the Therapeutic Area, and ensuring alignment with brand vision and commercial targets.
• Influence and co-create with the Global Marketing Team, actively contributing local insights and strategic input to shape global brand plan strategies and tactics, while ensuring effective implementation of global initiatives at the affiliate level.
• Lead the effective execution of the business plan in coordination with other functions (especially Medical Affairs, Market Access, Public Affairs, Communication, Business Excellence and Sales), ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely delivery of key initiatives.
• Develop and deliver all resources (promotional materials, sales tools and support resources) for the field force, ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and effectiveness in driving customer engagement and sales performance.
• Supervise and control the A&P budget assigned to the brand under his/her responsibility, maximizing ROI and resource allocation to obtain budgeted objectives and optimize marketing investments.
• Engage with key external stakeholders (KOLs, Scientific Societies, Patient Associations, etc.) to build strong relationships, gather insights, and enhance brand positioning in the therapeutic area.
• Lead the marketing training plan for the indications under their responsibility for the current team and new hires, in collaboration with the Medical department, ensuring the team is equipped with up-to-date product knowledge and strategic insights.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape and customer insights to identify opportunities and threats and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal and ethical requirements in all marketing activities and materials.

About you

As a Senior Product Manager within our Respiratory Therapeutic Area, you bring proven experience leading brand strategy and execution in a complex, cross-functional environment. You are a trusted reference point for your team and stakeholders, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results with a high degree of autonomy.

Experience

Demonstrated proficiency in Product Management or Marketing roles within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, with a demonstrated track record of success leading business plans, cross-functional initiatives and achieving results. Prior experience as a Sales Representative or in Market Access roles will be highly valued.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields who demonstrate strong business acumen and a genuine interest in the healthcare industry.

Languages

• Spanish – Fluent (Native or C2 level)
• English – Fluent (C1 level minimum)

The salary range for this position is :€60 000,00 - €80 000 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
