Sd Worx is redefining how HR and payroll tech connects with customers and partners across Europe. The role focuses on building a scalable integration platform and a robust API ecosystem to unlock value and reduce legacy dependencies.

You will shape strategy, drive Workday integration initiatives, and align engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions that create measurable customer value.

Formación

• Proven experience in product management within platform, API, integration, SaaS, or B2B software environments.
• Strong track record of defining product strategy and translating it into successful roadmaps.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, business stakeholders).
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and customer-centric development.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the integration platform and API ecosystem.
• Drive API capabilities including API strategy, marketplace initiatives, developer self-service experiences, and API monetisation opportunities.
• Lead the evolution of strategic integrations, notably the Workday integration layer, with strong customer adoption and business impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, commercial teams, and external partners to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable integration solutions.
• Manage the transition from legacy integration capabilities through a structured, customer-focused migration approach.
