SD Worx is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for its HR Integration tribe, focusing on the SD Connect platform. You will bridge development teams and stakeholders, support onboarding of partners, and drive data mappings, testing cycles and operational readiness across international environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global teams, continuous improvement, and documentation governance within a flexible, hybrid working setup.

Formación

University degree (Master or bachelor) or equivalent through experience.
5+ years in system integration projects as functional analyst or implementation consultant in HR.
Knowledge of Payroll processes or Core HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a long-term focus.
Ability to collaborate with operations, implementation and development teams internationally.

Responsabilidades

Onboard new partners on the SD Connect integration Platform.
Lead workshops with partners and define data mappings.
Support onboarding phases: hand over data mappings, test cycles, readiness tracking.
Organize and lead monthly follow-ups with onboarded partners.
Provide functional support to development teams and participate in improvements and releases.
Manage tribe documentation and define requirements for stakeholders.
