Sd Worx is seeking a Product Leader to shape the integration platform and API ecosystem across Europe. You will define the vision, strategy and roadmap for scalable integrations including Workday, driving secure and reliable solutions that reduce legacy dependencies.

You will partner with engineering, architecture and business stakeholders to deliver measurable customer value, lead cross-functional teams, and push towards modern, platform-driven HR and payroll technology.

Formación

• Proven experience in product management within platform, API, integration, SaaS, or B2B software environments.
• Strong track record of defining product strategy and translating it into successful roadmaps.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, business stakeholders).
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and customer-centric development.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the integration platform and API ecosystem.
• Drive API capabilities including API strategy, marketplace initiatives, developer self-service experiences, and API monetisation opportunities.
• Lead the evolution of strategic integrations, notably the Workday integration layer, with strong customer adoption and business impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, commercial teams, and external partners to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable integration solutions.

You’ll drive strategy and roadmaps for integrations, including the Workday layer, delivering secure, reliable solutions that reduce legacy dependencies. You work with engineering, architecture and business stakeholders to create measurable customer value and scalable capabilities. This is a strategic, high-visibility role across Europe, offering the chance to influence how HR and payroll technology evolves.
