Job summary

Array Technologies is hiring a Sourcing & Procurement Manager in Madrid to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations. You will drive cost savings, oversee procurement operations, and ensure governance across internal stakeholders in a multinational setting.

The role requires 5–8 years in sourcing/procurement, fluency in English, and ERP experience (SAP). A strategic mindset and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or purchasing roles.
• Strong experience in supplier management and contract negotiation.
• Experience working in international environments and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English (C1).
• Preferred procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Define sourcing strategies aligned with business needs and execute them.
• Lead sourcing initiatives across categories and spend areas.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimization initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis to support supplier selection and decisions.
• Manage supplier relationships and KPIs; lead RFQ processes and negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee day-to-day procurement activities and ensure governance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams.
