PTJ Fedex Express Portugal, Unip., Lda is seeking a PMO Lead to drive large-scale regulatory-driven system implementations. You will provide governance, strategic leadership, and execution oversight across programs, enabling business modernization while ensuring compliance and delivery excellence.

The role requires 5+ years leading complex programs, strong agile/SAFe experience, and the ability to collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Regulatory teams.

Formación

• MBA or master's in relevant field.
• 5+ years leading complex programs.
• SAFe certified or willing to study.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel 30% to FedEx locations in Europe.
• Experience with regulatory/compliance programs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regulatory-driven technology and business transformation programs.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Regulatory teams.
• Lead diverse teams across business and tech functions.
• Foster a high-performance culture with coaching and accountability.
• Drive large-scale transformation using Agile and SAFe.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage dependencies for delivery.
• Champion AI and automation to improve program delivery and compliance.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and emerging tech integration.
• Oversee governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage vendors, budgets, milestones, and benefits.
