Dow Jones is seeking a Principal Product Designer to set design strategy across multiple product areas and shape design at scale. You will work directly with SLT, ELT, and C-suite executives to resolve strategic conflicts and establish durable standards across platforms.

You will lead senior design talent development, mentor Principal designers, and drive outcomes that impact business metrics over multiple years.

Formación

• 10+ years of product design leadership experience.
• Portfolio showing strategic impact at scale across multi-product environments.
• Proven track record presenting to C-levels and influencing company decisions.
