Dow Jones is seeking a Principal Product Designer to set design strategy across multiple product areas and shape design at scale. This is a senior individual contributor role with direct collaboration to SLT, ELT and C-suite executives to resolve strategic conflicts and identify company-wide opportunities.

You'll influence executives, establish design patterns that become standards, mentor senior designers, and build practices that drive business metrics across years.

Formación

• 10+ years of product design experience with multi-product strategy experience.
• Portfolio showing strategic impact, company-direction decisions, and multi-year value.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards.

Responsabilidades

• Set design strategy across multiple product areas and platforms.
• Influence executive leadership and synthesize concepts into unified direction.
• Lead company-wide strategic projects aligning products, platforms, and units.
• Identify opportunities for multi-year planning across the organization.
• Establish design practices and standards used across Dow Jones.
• Develop senior design talent and mentor Principal-level designers.
• Shape platform evolution and demonstrate value to users and executives.
