Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Principal Product Designer to set design strategy across multiple product areas and shape design culture at scale. You will work closely with SLT/ELT/C‑suite in steering company direction, resolving conflicts, and establishing industry-leading design practices.

You will lead senior design talent, mentor principals, and influence decisions with executives while advancing design systems and patterns across platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience.
• Portfolio showing strategic impact at scale and ability to resolve conflicts between strategies.
• Experience working with C-level executives and influencing company-wide decisions.

Responsibilities
