Dow Jones is seeking a Principal Product Designer to shape design strategy across multiple product areas and platforms. You will work directly with executive leadership to resolve strategic conflicts and set company-wide design direction at scale.

You will partner with SLT/ELT/C-suite to define patterns, establish standards, and mentor senior designers while delivering business value and industry-leading design excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience with multi-product strategy.
• Portfolio showing strategic impact and measurable business value.
• Proven track record working with C-level executives and boards.
• Experience setting design strategy for multiple product areas.
