Greenvolt Power in Madrid is seeking a Planning & Control Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring across multi-geography projects. You will ensure alignment of schedule, cost, resources with business goals and provide visibility on project performance.

You will drive rolling forecasts, KPI development, and financial processes; collaborate with consolidation and tax teams; champion automation and data analytics, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years in accounting, consolidation, audit, or planning & control.
• Energy sector experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial/BI tools like Microsoft Office, SAP.
• Power BI and Python knowledge valued but not essential.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee monthly accounting closing.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual performance.
• Prepare monthly reports and KPIs; develop budgets.
• Prepare rolling forecasts and financial projections.
• Track capital allocation and project returns.
• Support strategy presentations to top management.
• Contribute to new financial processes and controls.
