HBX Group in Islas Baleares seeks a Senior Cost Performance Analyst to partner with the Finance team across the Accommodation unit. You will develop financial models, forecasts, budgets and dashboards to support decision making.

You will produce monthly results, scenario analyses, and board reports, and collaborate with senior stakeholders while leveraging data mining and visualization to identify risks and opportunities.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical and data mining skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets and dashboards.
• Elaborate periodic management reports and board-level analyses.
• Support monthly results, variance analysis and forecasting with scenario planning.
• Gather data from disparate sources and develop methods to improve data mining and reporting.
• Communicate insights to senior stakeholders and drive data-driven decisions.

This job sits in the Cost Control Performance team within the Finance Department, focused on one of the business areas within the Accommodation Business Unit. Key objective of this role is to be the financial partner of a business area and provide financial support during the closing, forecast and budgeting processes. Have an active role in annual budgeting process Build and maintain Financial Models, Forecasts, Budgets and Dashboards Elaborate periodic reports to Management and Board, understanding current trading, variances to prior year, forecast and budget Engage with the business and provide financial support to Group wide projects Monthly Results, Forecasts and Budget: Support the production of these reports considering trends and identifying risks and opportunities Top down Forecast: Support and evaluate different scenarios and compare to the business submissions. Wide Projects: Analytical and Data visualization skills. Capability to gather and accumulate data from disparate sources, as well as to identify new sources of data and develop methods to improve data mining, analysis, and reporting. Very good understanding of HFM and SAP. Fluent in English. Ability to work with employees at all levels especially with Senior Stakeholder management. Ability to understand financial and related operational data. 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, audit or Financial Planning and Analysis in a multinational environment. Relevant Finance or business degree including a finance specialization on big data or equivalent qualification.
