Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 5–7+ years' experience in employer engagement or corporate relations.
• Strong relationship-building skills, capable of engaging senior corporate stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and autonomy to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in enhancing the student experience and in digital engagement.
• Adaptable, collaborative, solutions-oriented and comfortable working across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and maintain a network of external partners.
• Promote career opportunities and interactions between students and the socio-economic sector.
• Organise company visits, institutional meetings and external events as part of international cooperation.
• Monitor activities and performance indicators, and report results.
• Support the harmonisation of practices, tools and processes within ESSCA.
• Contribute to international cooperation initiatives.
• Coordinate student life and engagement initiatives.
