Abacum is hiring for an analytical, cross-functional role within Strategy & Operations in Barcelona. You will shape delivery frameworks, model capacity, and monitor implementation health while interfacing with senior leadership.

Ideal candidates come from RevOps or strategy consulting, able to translate data into business narratives and drive value across implementation and post-sale strategy.

Formación

• Candidates from RevOps, strategy consulting, or analytically driven cross-functional roles.
• Ability to build a model from scratch and translate data into a business narrative.
• Comfort presenting the 'so what' to senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the delivery framework: in-house or via SI partner, with defensible criteria.
• Build capacity models mapping demand against delivery capacity.
• Create health signals to flag delayed implementations for timely action.
• Document delivery playbooks, benchmarks, and tooling for consistency.
• Design cross-functional handoffs and set escalation standards with RevOps and CS.
• Track SI partner performance and highlight quality gaps early.
• Define time-to-value benchmarks and monitor performance differences.
