Abacum is seeking a Delivery Lead to own end-to-end implementation projects for our finance planning platform in Barcelona. You will scope, kickoff, and drive delivery, ensuring value realization for customers and alignment with pre-sales and SOWs.

You will mentor junior team members, manage scope and risk with partners, and collaborate with Product, Support, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver a cohesive client experience.

Formación

• 4+ years implementing a financial planning/EPM platform.
• Experience scoping projects pre-sale and presenting SOWs.
• Experience with third‑party partners or resellers delivery.
• Knowledge of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting).
• Proficiency with SaaS project tools and Agile/hybrid methods.
• Excellent client-facing communication and senior stakeholder influence.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of implementation projects from pre-sales to delivery.
• Partner with Sales during pre-sales to scope projects and present SOWs.
• Create project documents, sprint plans, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage implementations delivered directly or via partners.
• Manage scope, risk, and change control with governance processes.
• Advise clients on process and org changes to realize value.
• Coordinate with Product, Support, Sales, Customer Success, and partners.
• Hands-on with the product to unblock delivery on FP&A questions.
• Contribute to delivery improvements, templates, and agile cadence.
• Mentor junior delivery team members and partner consultants.
