OW Ocean Winds is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager in Madrid to lead the oversight of long-term Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts. The role focuses on ensuring commercial excellence and contractual compliance while promoting continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, fluency in English, and proven experience managing complex contracts. This position offers the opportunity to work in a diverse international team.

Formación

• Fluent in spoken and written English, additional languages are a plus.
• Experience managing complex contracts in a contractor environment.
• Strong understanding of offshore wind industry and SPV governance structures.
