Job summary

PEAK Wind is seeking an Asset & Contracts Manager to lead contract and commercial management for a 500 MW onshore wind portfolio in Spain. Based in Zaragoza, you will oversee TSA, O&M, PPA and related agreements, manage risks and coordinate with owners, investors and authorities.

You will require five years in contract or commercial management within onshore wind, fluency in Spanish and English, and a commercially driven, independent working style in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, five years of experience in contract or commercial management within onshore wind.
• Solid knowledge of wind farm operating contracts (TSA, O&M, PPA).
• Fluency in Spanish and English with ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• A commercially sharp, structured and outcome-driven approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage key service providers and operating contracts including TSA, O&M, BoP O&M, PPA and related agreements.
• Monitor contract performance and identify risks, deviations and improvement opportunities.
• Lead preparation, management and resolution of claims, notices and variations.
• Prepare robust contractual positions with technical inputs and expert advice.
• Coordinate meetings with owners, investors, contractors and authorities.
• Deliver presentations, reports and recommendations for governance forums.
• Maintain contract registers, claims logs and risk controls.
• Lead selected procurement activities and supplier negotiations.
• Manage relationships with local stakeholders and international consultants.
