OW Ocean Winds in Madrid seeks a Senior Offshore Installation Engineer to define, assess and optimize Transport and Installation strategies across offshore wind projects. You will be the technical reference, supporting junior engineers and contributing to development, tendering and execution readiness.

You will lead risk reviews, develop in-house tools, and ensure HSSE measures and interfaces are robust while engaging with bidders and contractors to deliver high-quality BoP work and timely

Formación

• 5+ years of offshore wind experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects across geographies.
• Proven track record in defining Transport & Installation strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Define and validate Transport & Installation strategies for offshore wind packages, ensuring robustness and alignment with project financials.
• Provide expert input to tendering and procurement activities, including technical evaluations.
• Ensure T&I risks and interfaces are identified early and reflected in decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote capability development within the team.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and tool development.
