MPDunne Properties & Hamptons International is seeking a strategic marketing strategist to audit and grow the brand across social, email, and video. You will own strategy, execution, and analytics for international luxury real estate marketing from concept to publication.

You’ll collaborate with the Creative Director and a multilingual team, shaping content strategy for Marbella's market and beyond, with a focus on growth and lead generation.

Formación

• Fluency in English; additional languages (such as Spanish) are a strong asset.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data and campaign performance.
• Proven Strategic Planning abilities to design and implement effective short- and long-term marketing strategies.
• Marketing expertise, including experience with digital, social media, and luxury real estate marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Marbella, collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Audit, plan, prioritise and present marketing strategy across all channels, then execute.
• Own social media and YouTube strategy with content direction and growth focus.
• Develop email segmentation, campaigns and performance reporting.
• Content repurposing from long-form video into Shorts, Reels and snippets.
• Report marketing activity, leads, and listings with clear dashboards.
