Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid) is seeking a Strategic Fleet Resilience Engineer to safeguard the TMA fleet. You will map obsolescence risks, shape executive investment strategies, and act as the guardian against AOG events to keep aircraft available.

With 3+ years in engineering or customer services and fluency in Spanish and English, you will drive lifecycle roadmaps balancing upgrades with smart capital investments in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
• Experience: 3+ years in Engineering or Customer Services (e.g., AMTAC).
• Languages: Advanced level in Spanish & English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Master the Risk Landscape: Own, map, and analyze the obsolescence landscape across the fleet, building predictive defenses.
• Drive Executive Strategy: Translate complex technical risks into high-level investment strategies.
• Protect the Fleet: Defend against AOG events, ensuring high operational availability.
• Innovate & Optimize: Design lifecycle roadmaps balancing upgrades with smart capital investment.
