Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking a Flight Line & Maintenance Engineer in Getafe (Madrid) for the Airbus MRTT program. The role involves leading a multifunctional team during line and base maintenance, coordinating with Quality, Planning, and Production Control, and ensuring safety and compliance across shifts.

Requirements include Aeronautical Engineering, 2–5 years in operations and team management, and advanced English/Spanish.

Formación

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Lead multifunctional production teams across aircraft line and base maintenance.
• Coordinate with QA, planning, and manufacturing engineering to ensure safe, compliant maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with airworthiness directives and service bulletins; monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
