JD.com is expanding its international footprint and building a cross-border supply chain and world-class logistics network. You will join a team focused on Last Mile capacity planning, risk mitigation, and execution analysis to optimize logistics performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and proven experience in capacity planning, with strong data analysis and MS Office proficiency. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure reliable

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required or equivalent.
• Experience in capacity planning and capacity controlling.
• Proficient in MS Office and strong data analysis and management skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Create structured capacity plans for Last Mile within 1–6 months horizon.
• Identify capacity risks and propose mitigation approaches.
• Analyze gaps between plan and execution and coordinate with stakeholders to close them.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance Last Mile capacity.
• Coordinate and execute peak capacity plans during high demand periods.
