JD Logistics busca un/a Warehouse Manager para liderar operaciones en España. Supervisará recepción, almacenamiento, control de inventario y cumplimiento de pedidos, manteniendo altos estándares de seguridad y productividad.

Colaborará con Transporte, Comercial y Servicio al Cliente para optimizar procesos y mejorar KPIs como exactitud de inventario. Se valora experiencia en ecommerce o logística de alto volumen.

Formación

• Se solicita formación académica superior en áreas relacionadas con la cadena de suministro y logística.
• Dominio de español e inglés; el mandarín es una ventaja competitiva.
• Experiencia en operaciones de ecommerce o logística de alto volumen es valorada.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar recepción, almacenamiento, control de inventario y preparación de pedidos.
• Monitorear KPIs clave: exactitud de inventario, rotación y productividad.
• Optimizar flujos de trabajo, procesos y utilización del espacio para mejorar la eficiencia y reducir pérdidas.

Educación

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

Fluent in Spanish and English

Mandarin is considered a strong advantage

As a Warehouse Manager , you will lead all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and productivity. Strategic Planning & Warehouse Development Plan warehouse layouts and equipment configurations. Drive warehouse standardization, digital transformation, and smart warehouse initiatives to continuously improve operational efficiency. Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, packing, and order fulfillment. Monitor key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, stock turnover, productivity, and service performance. Optimize workflows, warehouse processes, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency while reducing errors and inventory losses. Develop and implement cost optimization initiatives without compromising operational quality. Monitor labor productivity and warehouse space utilization to continuously improve operational performance. Leadership, People Management & Risk Control Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous learning. Partner closely with Transportation, Commercial, Customer Service, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to optimize end-to-end operations. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction. Support business growth by enhancing operational competitiveness and service quality. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Fluent in Spanish and English , both written and spoken. Mandarin is considered a strong advantage. Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment or high-volume logistics operations would be highly desirable.
