The Adecco Group's Strategy function orchestrates long-term success through strategic planning, insights, and decision support. The Analyst will join the Group Strategy Team within the Chief of Staff office, aligning work with the CEO's priorities and Group goals.

The role focuses on competitive intelligence, deep dives into markets and business models, and producing executive-ready materials for senior leaders, with cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in strategy, research, or analytics.
• Strong academic background in business, economics, finance or engineering preferred.
• Interest in Adecco Group’s business areas and digital/workforce solutions.

Responsabilités

• Monitor competitors and market developments for strategic insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on markets, technologies and business models.
• Summarise data into clear strategic recommendations for senior executives.
• Create executive-ready slides, memos and strategy documents.
• Support Strategy & Insights projects with market sizing and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional colleagues on strategic initiatives.
