Descripción de la vacante

Infraone Sec, S.L. is seeking a Service Delivery Lead to join our Delivery team in Barcelona. You will own services and client relationships across a portfolio of infrastructure and communications projects, taking end-to-end responsibility for systems and networks.

You will be the technical-executive interlocutor between clients and the delivery team, setting expectations and driving outcomes. You will lead a technical team, review architecture designs, manage KPI reporting, and participate in

Formación

Degree in CS, telecoms, or related field.
7+ years delivering virtualization and Windows Server projects.
Hands-on networking and firewall management experience.
ITIL, PMP or equivalent certification.
Executive presentation skills and client-facing experience.
Fluent in English and Spanish; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects including planning, resources, risks, and budget.
Own services with KPIs and SLAs; build dashboards and leverage AI reporting.
Run biweekly service review meetings and present to SteerCo.
Lead technical team: task assignment, follow-up, unblock, ensure on-time delivery.
Provide technical oversight of HLDs/LLDs and quality standards.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks and deviations before impacting the client.
