infraone is seeking a Service Delivery Lead to own services and client relationships for infrastructure and communications projects across Europe.

You will act as the technical-executive liaison between clients and delivery teams, setting quality standards, guiding architecture decisions, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Fluent English and Spanish are required; German is a plus. Relocation from other countries is not available for this role.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid experience driving and executing projects in virtualization and Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on networking experience including VLANs, routing, and firewall management.
• ITIL, PMP, or similar certification.
• Experience preparing executive presentations for client leadership.
• Fluent English and Spanish; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and manage infrastructure projects end-to-end with planning, resources, risks, and budget.
• Define and track service KPIs and SLAs; build dashboards with AI-powered reporting.
• Run biweekly service reviews and present at steering committees.
• Lead the technical team: task assignment, follow-up, and issue resolution.
• Review HLDs/LLDs; challenge architecture decisions and set quality standards.
• Proactively identify risks and deviations before they impact the client.
