Astek Iberia is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead to join a leading international Consumer Healthcare company. You will oversee infrastructure operations across cloud and on‑prem environments and define the roadmap to support business objectives.

You will ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT services, drive cloud transformation, manage vendors, mentor distributed teams, and collaborate with Cybersecurity, Digital, and Business units to deliver strategic projects.

Formación

• Extensive IT infrastructure leadership experience.
• Proven ability to define and execute infrastructure roadmaps.
• Strong cloud experience, preferably Microsoft Azure.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee infrastructure operations across cloud and on-premises.
• Define and drive the infrastructure roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT services.
• Lead cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Manage vendors, providers and partners.
• Mentor technical teams across multiple locations.
• Establish governance, standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Digital and Business teams on strategic projects.
• Ensure regulatory and corporate compliance.
