A growing HVAC distribution company is looking for a Procurement Manager to manage and optimize purchasing activities for HVAC products. The successful candidate will negotiate prices, maintain supplier relationships, and monitor market trends. A Bachelor’s degree and strong Excel skills are essential, alongside experience in international procurement. This strategic role offers a competitive compensation package based on experience, with the opportunity to impact supply chain efficiency significantly.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role, preferably in HVAC distribution, industrial or technical sectors.
• Native or bilingual Spanish speaker.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and make autonomous decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full purchasing process for HVAC products and solutions.
• Negotiate prices, commercial terms, delivery schedules and supplier agreements.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with manufacturers and distributors.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and cost-saving opportunities.
• Control stock levels and inventory rotation.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
