Bosch-HomeComfort in Spain is seeking a purchasing professional to lead technical sourcing for heat pump development projects. You will drive TTMs, steer supplier discussions on-site, and act as the interface between R&D and supply chain.

Formación

Education: Degree in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering; commercial qualification is a plus.
Experience: Ideally 4 years in purchasing, procurement, or engineering in commercial/project purchasing.
Know-how: Familiarity with heat pumps is a plus.
Languages: Fluent written and spoken English.
Working style: Structured and analytical; able to manage multiple workstreams; proactive and take ownership; willing to travel.

Responsabilidades

Lead technical purchasing for new parts and components in heat pump development projects, driving Time-To-Market processes.
Steer technical discussions with suppliers, including on-site visits; act as interface between R&D and supply chain partners.
Monitor purchasing project milestones and prepare transparent progress reports.
Initiate and coordinate preventative quality measures for new components.
Drive target costing initiatives: identify savings opportunities and track cost developments through the project lifecycle.
Prepare and execute supplier awards for new components to align with project schedules.
Contribute to innovation feasibility projects.
