Utilita Arena is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to drive people strategy and support full employee lifecycle in a fast‑growing environment in Madrid. You will partner with leaders to implement HR processes, advise on labour law, manage employee relations, and ensure timely, compliant actions across the business.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree/postgraduate accreditation in Human Resources Management.
• 5+ years in a similar HRBP role, preferably in startup/hyper growth.
• Current knowledge of Spanish employment law.
• Experience with outsourced payroll bureaus.
• Proven experience negotiating multiple collective bargaining agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with leaders to align HR with business objectives.
• Provide strategic HR guidance in a fast-paced environment.
• Coach managers and employees on performance, relations and organizational needs.
• Lead employee relations investigations with confidentiality and fairness.
• Oversee disciplinary processes in line with Spanish labour law.
• Support terminations with compliant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with government, labour and social security reporting.
• Assist with workforce planning and budgeting in collaboration with operations.
