DWS Group in Madrid seeks an HR Business Advisory Analyst/Business Advisor to partner with local and regional leadership, supporting HR partners in people strategies and providing advisory services. • Prior HR experience (generalist, advisory, or specialist) in a regulated industry and global matrix environment.
• Knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR practices.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a transformation environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimise workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related queries.
• Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Coordinating local implementation of global HR initiatives.
• Maintaining HR systems and data accuracy (e.g., Workday).
• Building relationships with stakeholders and facilitating HR-business communication.
• Supporting HR projects, policy implementation, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
