• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy roles within complex, international organizations.
• Proven ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights for executives.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with senior and board audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support Group Strategy Definition & Strategic Planning across multi‑year horizons (e.g. 3YP).
• Lead Market Insights & Intelligence, building models and conducting primary research with internal and external stakeholders.
• Shape Strategic Discoveries & Growth opportunities by identifying new business models and adjacent services.
