HBX Group, headquartered in Palma, Mallorca, is seeking a highly analytical and business‑oriented senior analyst to join our Forecasting Hub team. This role shapes the financial outlook of the Accommodation business, transforming data and market dynamics into actionable insights for strategic decision‑making.

• 5+ years in Finance, Business Analytics, FP&A in a multinational environment.
• Budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance analysis.
• Experience handling large datasets and transforming data into insights.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and storytelling to senior management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; SQL/Tableau are advantageous.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support forecasting activities for the Accommodation business with accurate outlooks.
• Contribute to strategic planning framework: Forecasts, Budget and 3‑Year Plan.
• Build and maintain forecasting models with multiple drivers and scenarios.
• Provide forward-looking analysis to identify risks, opportunities and trends.
• Partner with Commercial and Business teams to translate insights into assumptions.
• Consolidate inputs from stakeholders into a clear financial outlook.
• Deliver variance analysis between Actuals, Forecast and Budget with key drivers.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility for decision making.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior management.
