Molins in Barcelona seeks an experienced FP&A Lead to drive financial automation and advanced analytics in a dynamic, global environment. You will lead planning, forecasting and reporting while partnering with IT, Digital and country teams to support finance transformation.

Join our Corporate FP&A team in Barcelona to lead Business Intelligence & Analytics, drive financial automation, predictive insights and EPM planning & reporting. Act as a key link between Finance, IT, Digital and country teams, supporting finance transformation and growth.

Drive the transformation of FP&A through EPM, advanced analytics and AI. Lead planning, forecasting, reporting and automation initiatives, ensuring data quality, business adoption and actionable insights across a multinational organization.

Requisitos:

We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree, postgraduate degree or Master's degree. Specialisation: GROUP FINANCIAL DATA & ANALYTICS SPECIALIST.
• Analytical, structured and data-driven mindset. Strong communication, data storytelling and stakeholder management skills. Collaborative, proactive, hands‑on and results-oriented, with a continuous improvement and problem‑solving approach.
• Spanish, English and Portuguese. English level: B2.
