THEKER Robotics is seeking a Financial Controller in Barcelona to lead the company's financial infrastructure during this growth phase. The role demands hands-on management of financial operations, ensuring timely accuracy in cash management and compliance while working closely with the founding team.

The ideal candidate has a degree in finance and solid experience in financial controlling. This full-time, on-site role offers the chance to make a major impact on the company's operational success from day one.

Formación

• Solid experience in financial controlling, accounting, or FP&A roles.
• Hands-on experience with month-end close, cost control, and cash management.
• Experience in high-growth or transformation environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage cash flow, burn rate, and runway tracking with regular reporting to leadership.
• Control operating expenses, process vendor invoices and payments, and manage accounts payable.
• Prepare and monitor budgets by department, tracking actuals vs. plan and flagging variances proactively.
