THEKER Robotics is expanding its People function and is seeking a recruiter to own end-to-end Talent Acquisition from kickoff with hiring managers to signed offers. You will map the market, reach out to candidates directly, calibrate briefs, screen and interview, and lead the offer negotiation.

Based in Barcelona, you will hire across engineering, deployment and corporate functions in a fast-growing robotics and AI company, shaping THEKER's talent brand and ensuring top talent joins the team.

Formación

• Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting, owning a process end to end: sourcing, calibration, screening, interviews, offer, and close.
• A track record of closing candidates, not just moving them through a pipeline.
• Comfortable sourcing and engaging candidates directly.
• Experience running calibration conversations with hiring managers and pushing back when a brief doesn't match the market.
• Comfortable working against KPIs and timelines in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
• Barcelona-based or willing to relocate (100% on-site role).

Responsabilidades

• Own the full recruitment pipeline for your roles, from kickoff to signed offer.
• Calibrate with hiring managers to define what a role actually requires before sourcing starts.
• Map the market and source candidates directly: LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, and any channel that works.
• Screen and interview candidates, and give hiring managers a clear recommendation, not just a shortlist.
• Drive the offer process, including negotiation, until the candidate signs.
• Keep the ATS and candidate pipeline accurate and current at all times.
• Track your own recruiting metrics: pipeline generated, time to fill, and offer acceptance rate per role.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout their process, protecting THEKER's reputation in the market.
• Flag roles or briefs that consistently underperform, and work with hiring managers to fix them.
