Job summary

ITW in Amé (AAME) seeks a highly skilled Financial Controller to partner with the Finance team, drive performance, ensure US GAAP compliance, and support strategic decision-making.

The role leads forecasting, KPI development, and cost-control initiatives while applying ITW toolbox principles to simplify operations and improve profitability. Travel up to 10% in this permanent, on-site role in the Basque region.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Finance or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of financial reporting and analysis experience.
• Strong IT skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint and GL applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver short and long-term forecasting and planning.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for business management.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and ITW policies.
• Support investment evaluations and cost reduction initiatives.
