Job summary

ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider delivering financial insight and governance across Europe, Asia and beyond. We seek a Project Finance Controller to join our Europe & Asia Business Management team on a permanent basis to drive the financial performance of our consulting activities.

The role covers project financial management, contract setup, revenue recognition, billing and month-end close, with a strong emphasis on controls, analysis and stakeholder collaboration

Qualifications

• MBA/M.Com/CMA or equivalent finance qualification.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in project finance or financial project administration.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition standards (ASC606, IFRS, US GAAP).
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modelling).
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint; Power BI experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and interpret project financial performance in collaboration with Project Managers and Directors.
• Review contracts and set up projects in ERP according to terms and internal controls.
• Ensure revenue is recognised correctly and prepare MIS with commentary.
• Prepare client billing and monitor cash flow; manage WIP and aged debts.
• Support month-end close activities and project governance with PMs and leaders.
