Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Experience in a Financial Controller, Business Controller, Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles.
• Experience of budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis.
• Experience working within a manufacturing, industrial or operational environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Good English communication skills and confidence working within an international business environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes.
• Analyse financial performance, identify key business trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support monthly management reporting and year-end activities.
• Partner with operational and manufacturing teams to understand business drivers and improve performance.
• Analyse manufacturing costs, margins and profitability, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and return.
• Challenge assumptions and support decision-making through robust financial insight.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including reporting enhancements, automation and process improvements.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Zotefoams Group on international projects and best practice initiatives.
• Build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted finance partner to operational leaders.
