Job summary
Zurich Insurance in Spain seeks a Finance Business Partner to provide financial insight, performance management expertise, and strategic support to drive profitable growth. You will collaborate with senior leaders to translate results into actionable recommendations and support planning and forecasting across the organization.
The role reports to the Head of Planning & Performance Management and requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a proactive, continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling or Performance Management.
- Experience in business stakeholders’ management.
- Insurance industry knowledge is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Area leaders to understand performance, priorities and challenges.
- Provide financial insight and constructive challenge to support decision-making.
- Act as the primary Finance contact for assigned Business Areas and support functions.
- Develop executive narratives, management reports and presentations for ExCo and senior leadership.
- Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting activities and monitor performance against targets.
