Zurich is seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide financial insight, planning and strategic support across business areas. You will partner with senior leaders, drive budgeting and forecasting, and translate results into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Controlling or Performance Management.
Experience in business stakeholders’ management.
Insurance industry knowledge is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted Finance partner for assigned Business Areas, providing financial insight and strategic support.
Partner with Business Area leaders to understand performance and priorities; offer financial challenge.
Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting activities and monitor performance against targets.
Develop executive narratives, reports and presentations for senior leadership; contribute to key forums.
