RoboyoAI is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial management, reporting, planning and control across the assigned region. You will partner with regional leadership, ensure accuracy and governance, and drive analytics to support strategic decisions.

This role focuses on improving financial discipline, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and standardising processes across borders while maintaining strong controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a finance management role, preferably within a multinational organisation.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, accounting principles and governance.
• Experience working across multiple countries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for the region.
• Ensure financial results are analysed, understood and communicated to leadership.
• Monitor revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, working capital, cash flow and overall financial performance.
• Provide commentary on key variances, risks and opportunities.
• Oversee compliance with Group policies and local statutory obligations.
