Empresa Confidencial is seeking a Senior Finance Leader to drive regional budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across the group. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to shape financial strategy and operations while leading a regional finance function.

The role requires strong finance and management background, a track record of delivering accurate reporting, and the ability to coach a team of 10 professionals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience leading regional finance teams and strategic planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Provide clear analysis of financial results and key drivers.
• Monitor financial performance with monthly reporting and variance analysis.
• Support pricing, margin and profitability analysis across regions.
• Lead and develop a team of 10 finance professionals.
• Set objectives, coach, and build a high-performance culture.
• Ensure alignment with global processes, timelines and standards.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
