Veepee Spain is seeking an Event & Internal Communications Specialist on a temporary basis to join the Spain Communications team. You will plan and deliver internal corporate events and partner events while shaping internal communications through editorial content and management of key channels.

The ideal candidate has solid corporate events experience, excellent organizational and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.

Formación

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
• 3-4 years of experience in corporate event management within agencies or in-house communications & events.
• Proven ability to independently manage events from concept to execution.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate stakeholders and suppliers.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills with experience in editorial content.
• Interest in internal communication tools and platforms such as newsletters and intranets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Canva or similar content tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to communication is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English mandatory; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and execute internal corporate events from concept to delivery.
• Manage full event lifecycle, ensuring quality and budget adherence.
• Develop event concepts with Communications teams and stakeholders.
• Source venues and suppliers, negotiating favorable conditions.
• Coordinate catering, AV, logistics, and transportation.
• Prepare budgets and monitor costs within allocations.
• Develop schedules and organizational documentation.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Oversee all event phases and resolve issues swiftly.
• Conduct post-event analysis using feedback and KPIs.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in events.
• Write editorial content for internal channels.
• Draft corporate communications, newsletters, intranet articles, and presentations.
• Manage editorial calendar and content publishing tools.
• Ensure consistency with corporate tone and localization for Spain.
• Support employee engagement and employer branding through storytelling.
• Collaborate with departments to highlight projects and initiatives.
• Prepare reports and documentation for the Communications team.
• Maintain supplier and contact databases.
