Veeva Systems is seeking an Associate Field Marketing Manager to join its growing marketing team in Spain. You will help develop and execute field marketing plans, support events, webinars, and digital campaigns while collaborating with product marketing, content, and social media teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, strong communication and project management, with a focus on measuring impact through reporting and metrics.

Formación

• 2+ years marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology industry.
• Self-directed and able to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects under aggressive timelines.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and execution of field marketing plans, including events and webinars, partner communications.
• Manage webinar logistics and execution for marketing, alliances, and customer success teams.
• Coordinate with product marketing, creative services, content, product, communications, and digital teams to manage field marketing program components.
• Assist in development and editing of marketing content, including social posts, videos, and templates.
• Support outreach programs to engage current and prospective customers via LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and other channels.
• Help organize Veeva virtual and industry events, including logistics and reporting.
• Assist with weekly and monthly marketing program reporting and metrics.
