Job summary

The Chemours Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Gijón, Asturias. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and focuses on attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across EMEA with potential expansion to APAC.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and build strong relationships with senior leaders. Strong English skills and experience with Workday or similar ATS are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• Proven track record managing complex searches across EMEA
• Exceptional English language proficiency (verbal and written)
• Demonstrated ability to advise, influence, and collaborate with senior business leaders
• Extensive hands-on experience with search and sourcing tools, talent mapping and market intelligence platforms
• Strong business acumen, organizational savvy and professionalism
• Experience managing and negotiating management level offers, hiring processes and onboarding

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes across EMEA, with potential APAC support.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and TA strategies.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Proactively source top-tier candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Ensure rigorous assessment, selection and onboarding processes.
• Manage candidate progress in Workday ATS and maintain compliant records.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global employment laws.
