The Chemours Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support end-to-end recruiting operations at our Gijón, Asturias office. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week in the office and reports to the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Consultant.

You will coordinate interviews, manage the team inbox, assist candidates, and handle offers, relocation, and travel logistics while ensuring a high-quality experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or 2+ years experience in HR or related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) required.
• Advanced level of virtual collaboration tools and Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail with discretion for confidential information.
• Proactive and resourceful with ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to work independently.
• Customer service mindset and commitment to positive candidate experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and recruitment activities.
• Manage the Talent Acquisition team inbox with timely responses.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates, guiding them through the process.
• Initiate and oversee background screening processes.
• Coordinate relocation support requests.
• Prepare and administer employment offers with recruiters and HR stakeholders.
• Arrange and manage candidate travel logistics.
• Distribute recruitment and hiring reports to Hiring Managers and HRBPs.
• Maintain Intern and Co-op tracker and program records.
• Initiate and monitor rental assistance for Interns/Co-ops with the vendor.
• Coordinate swag bag requests and distribution for new hires.
• Manage merchandise for career fairs or HR events.
• Seek opportunities to improve processes.
