Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Gijón, Asturias. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and focuses on attracting and hiring exceptional talent across EMEA, with potential future APAC support.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, build strong stakeholder relationships, source top talent, ensure compliance, and drive workforce planning initiatives in a global, safety-conscious

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
4+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
Proven track record managing complex searches across EMEA.
Exceptional English language proficiency (verbal and written).
Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding for positions across EMEA.
Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop talent strategies.
Build relationships with business leaders and stakeholders, advising on market trends.
Proactively source top-tier candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global employment laws and company policies.
Manage candidate progress in the Workday ATS.
Support talent mapping, workforce planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
