Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a seasoned Demand Planning Manager to own the end-to-end planning cycle in Catalonia. You will drive accurate forecasts, lead S&OP, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to balance service levels and working capital.

Requirements include a 5–7 year track record in demand planning, strong analytics with SAP4HANA and Kinaxis, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in demand planning and S&OP.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP (SAP4HANA), machine learning tools, and demand planning software/s (Kinaxis).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Acts as a "founder/ owner" and manages business E2E
• Leverages technology to simplify and streamline processes and ways of working
• Able to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Languages: Spanish and English mandatory

Aufgaben

• Forecast management: develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts using ML models, AI tools, and cross-functional inputs.
• S&OP leadership: lead the demand planning component of the Sales & Operations Planning process, ensuring alignment across commercial, supply, and finance functions.
• Collaboration: partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to gather insights on promotions, product launches, and market trends.
• Performance monitoring: track forecast accuracy and bias; implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast reliability.
• Service and inventory optimization: support inventory planning by balancing service levels, working capital, and supply constraints while minimizing business waste.
• Data & systems: leverage planning tools (Kinaxis), AI agents, analytics platforms to drive data-driven decisions.
• Line management: lead, coach, motivate, and develop your team of Demand and Response Planners (4 team members)
