Persán S.A. in Sevilla, Spain, is seeking a Demand & Supply Planner Specialist for a key role in our global supply chain. The position is based in Sevilla and requires 10% travel.

You will lead monthly demand reviews, drive forecast accuracy, and coordinate with sales and supply teams while supporting inventory health and potential expansion projects. The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, have 3+ years in planning or S&OP roles, preferably FMCG experience, and

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain is a plus.
• At least 3 years’ experience in planning or S&OP roles.
• Experience in FMCG is highly desirable.
• Proficient in English and strong analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the monthly demand review, preparing data and facilitating meetings with sales and supply teams.
• Drive forecast accuracy improvement, supply planning stability, and inventory health.
• Participate in demand-review program implementation, track progress, and report status to supply-chain stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule and resources of demand-review initiatives and adjust for changes.
• Identify, mitigate and resolve forecast-related issues.
• Consolidate inputs from sales forums and supply departments, and develop scenarios and solutions for review meetings.
• Conduct impact analysis and validate results with key stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation and key demand metrics for meetings.
• Build relationships across departments to drive participation.
• Execute demand-planning processes, including data cleansing, input collection and statistical forecasting.
